The research explored the faculty’s demographics, specifically focusing on gender differences, age groups, educational backgrounds, and employment status. It also investigated the relationship between faculty characteristics and their use of various teaching methods, approaches, strategies, and techniques. The findings revealed a higher proportion of female faculty compared to male faculty at the campus. The majority of the faculty were young adults, graduates of public universities, and held instructor positions with permanent status. While the study found that faculty demonstrated a good understanding of 21st-century skills, it also highlighted a need for further development in utilizing a wider range of teaching methods and approaches to enhance their instructional practices.
