Abstract

In this article, a comparative analysis of the properties of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products during the introduction of the "seeded cotton-pressed yarn" production line to cotton textile clusters, and the transfer of fiber directly to the spinning process without detangling, based on the Uster Statictics 2018 indicators. In "Pakhtasanoat Scientific Center" JSC, samples were prepared from the fibers separated by the DL-10 ginning machine from seeded cotton belonging to the Porloq 2 selection in two options: pressed dyed and non-pressed fibers. Indicators of cotton fiber were determined on the Uster® HVI 1000 system in the laboratory of the joint venture "Wakefield Inspection Services (Tashkent) Ltd" at the Tashkent Textile and Light Industry Institute. The neps indicators of the rovings were determined by the "Uster Afis RPO-2" system, the unevenness index of the roving and the yarn was determined by the Uster Tester 6 system, and the mechanical parameters of the yarn were determined by the "Uster Tensorapid 5" dynamometer. Samples were prepared in the technological system of the company "Trutzschler" (Germany) installed in the educational laboratory of the Department of Spinning Technology of the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry. Semi-finished and finished products pressed in the non-pressed version were compared to the property indicators of the semi-finished and finished products prepared in the fattened version. The ability to preserve the natural properties of strong non-densified cotton fibers due to the lack of shock effects, the effectiveness of technological processes and the impact on product quality were analyzed.
