Enhancing agricultural productivity through effective water resource distribution and governance
Abstract
The article studies and analyzes the activities of water consumer associations. The existence of problems and shortcomings during their activity was determined and SWOT-analysis was conducted by the author. On the basis of the conducted research, the tasks of the special service of water management established by the government decision in order to ensure fair management of water resources, timely supply of water and its monitoring to water consumers are given as a basis. Consequently, suggestions and recommendations were developed by the author in order to eliminate the problems and shortcomings of WCA.
