Correction for “Underestimated input of terrestrial dissolved organic carbon to the ocean,” by Yuanbi Yi, Andrew J. Tanentzap, Chen He, Julian Merder, Helena Osterholz, Hongyan Bao, Jefrey A. Hawkes, Ruanhong Cai, Si-Liang Li, Quan Shi, Sheng Xu, Chuanlun Zhang, Cong-Qiang Liu, Meixun Zhao, and Ding He, which published November 3, 2025; 10.1073/pnas.2505838122 (Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 122, e2505838122). Te authors note that two references were omitted from the article. “We integrated two previously published datasets of dissolved organic matter as part of our global compilation. Te corresponding research articles were cited in the manuscript as refs. 44 and 45, but the direct data sources were not cited.
