Abstract
In today’s business world, where global competition conditions prevail, management perceptions and business processes are being reshaped. As a result, in the face of technological developments that occur with the widespread use of global networks, companies’ sustainable competitive advantage depends on the effective use of resources. In the context of the resource-based approach, by considering factors such as technological resources, administrative resources, and human resources as a whole and managing them well, information technology performance can increase and, in parallel, make positive contributions to company performance. In this context, it aims to examine the resource-based approach in terms of these factors and to examine the research conducted within the scope of the resource-based approach in the field of tourism.
