Stabilization of weakly coupled degenerate wave equations
Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the stabilization of degenerate wave equations coupled in parallel in one dimension. Using the multiplier method, we demonstrate that the energy decays exponentially in both the strongly and weakly degenerate cases, provided that the coupling parameter is sufficiently small.
