Abstract

Prompted by a recent publication on Matthew Lipman and Ann Margaret Sharp’s Philosophy for Children (P4C), we developed a discussion regarding some aspects of this educational proposal, including the specific contribution of the founders to its development, its educational philosophy and present-day relevance, as well as future prospects. This eventually led us to the cross-dialogue that we present here. As it happens with P4C sessions, the opening text turns into a stimulus to pose additional questions, cultivate and deepen our inquiry, reframe our thinking, and strive for meaning, while enjoying every minute of this creative opportunity.
