Dissipativity-based long short-term memory event-triggered data-driven control for switched systems with its application to circuits
Abstract
This paper investigates the dissipativity-based dynamic long short-term memory event-triggered(DLSTMET) data-driven control problem for the switched RLC circuits via switched systems(SSs) models. First, the SS is reconstructed from noise-corrupted measurements in a data-driven way. Then, a DLSTMET mechanism is proposed, and an event-triggered(ET) controller is designed based on this. Secondly, for the known SS, the DLSTMET mechanism and the ET controller are used to derive a sufficient criterion for the dissipativity of the SS. Further, for the unknown SS, a data-based dissipativity sufficient criterion is derived by extending the model-based dissipativity sufficient criterion. Next, the controller gains is determined based on the data-driven representation of the unknown SS. Ultimately, the efficacy of the proposed approach is validated through simulation on a switched RLC circuit example.
