Robust state feedback controller design for bipartite consensus in linear fractional-order multi-agent systems
Abstract
This paper investigates the leader-follower bipartite consensus problems over a signed digraph for a class of multi-agent systems (MAS) where the dynamics of both leader and followers are characterised using fractional order differential equations. A continuous robust control law is proposed for each follower that is subjected to matched disturbance by integrating a nominal control component with a continuous super-twisting control utilising integral sliding mode (ISM) concepts. The nominal control component helps to achieve bipartite consensus, while the super-twisting control (STC) compensates for disturbances. The simulation results are presented to highlight the advantages of the scheme proposed.
