Abstract

A new genus and three new species of eriophyoid mites (Acari: Eriophyoidea) are described and illustrated from West Bengal, India. These are Procoxinullus annanglica gen. nov. and sp. nov., a vagrant found on Houttuynia cordata Thunb. (Saururaceae), Aculus mohanis sp. nov., a vagrant collected from Cocculus hirsutus (L.) W.Theob.
