Managerial climate attention, digital transformation and corporate ESG performance
Abstract
Climate change and sustainable growth have become prominent global issues. Based on the data of Chinese-listed companies from 2010 to 2021, this study demonstrates that managerial climate attention significantly enhances corporate ESG performance. Furthermore, we identify digital transformation as a key pathway through which managerial climate attention influences corporate ESG performance.
