Abstract

The transition to Education 5.0 marks a pivotal moment in redefining pedagogical approaches to address the complexities of digital transformation and cultural integration in virtual environments. This paper explores the potential of fostering cultural dialogue within virtual communities through an innovative pedagogical model grounded in inclusivity, diversity, and human-centric learning. By examining the intersection of technology-enhanced education, digital literacy, and virtual identity, the proposed framework highlights strategies for engaging students in meaningful intercultural exchanges. The study utilises a theoretical analysis based on social constructivism and dialogical pedagogy, integrating immersive technologies such as virtual reality and collaborative platforms to create inclusive learning ecosystems. These ecosystems aim to bridge cultural gaps, enhance global citizenship, and cultivate virtual identities that respect multicultural values. The contributions of this research are twofold: it introduces a novel pedagogical framework for Education 5.0 and presents actionable strategies for fostering cultural understanding in digital spaces. Policy implications include guiding educators and policymakers in developing virtual learning environments that promote diversity, inclusivity, and intercultural dialogue in a globalised educational landscape.
