Abstract

This study examines how digital transformation supports the wine industry’s transition toward triple-bottom-line sustainability. We systematically reviewed 94 peer-reviewed articles from Scopus and Web of Science, applying thematic synthesis and frequency analysis to map digital technologies, stages of application, and sustainability dimensions. The findings show that digitalization is mainly concentrated in winemaking processes, winery management, and consumer experiences, with distinct sustainability emphases across domains. Process studies prioritize environmental gains, management studies stress economic outcomes, and consumer-focused studies highlight social dimensions. The review also identifies implementation risks, neglected social issues, and key managerial and policy priorities for future development.
