A secure telemedicine data sharing scheme based on blockchain and crystals-dilithium
Abstract
Although telemedicine has alleviated the problem of uneven distribution of medical resources, the data integrity and privacy protection it faces still need to be improved urgently. It integrates Crystals-Dilithium for post-quantum signatures, CP-ABE with Pedersen commitments for attribute-triggered access control, and anonymous session credentials with selective linkability for privacy. Shamir's Secret Sharing strengthens key protection, while blockchain and IPFS ensures accountable and auditable medical data storage. Finally, experiments are designed to verify the security and feasibility of the scheme, which provides traceable and tamper-proof lifecycle management for telemedicine data.
