Abstract

The deep integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and enterprise applications is a key trend, yet small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often struggle to adopt AI models due to technical and resource constraints. This study proposes a rapid AI model deployment framework based on the Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) paradigm, utilizing standardized definitions and containerized encapsulation. By pre-deploying inference runtimes, it decouples models from their execution environments. Experimental results show the framework significantly improves encapsulation efficiency, deployment speed, and resource utilization compared to traditional methods.
