Finite-time robust control of nonlinear singular delay system with applying to a circuit system
Abstract
This paper investigates the finite-time stabilisation and robust control problem of a class of nonlinear singular time-delay Hamiltonian systems. By applying a matrix decomposition method, the Hamiltonian system is transformed into a differential-algebraic Hamiltonian form. A strictly dissipative Hamiltonian structure is then obtained under a properly designed state-feedback controller. Based on this structure, a suitable Hamiltonian function is selected and a Lyapunov function candidate is constructed to study the finite-time stabilisation problem. Furthermore, in the presence of external disturbances, a finite-time robust controller is developed to guarantee the stability of the system. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated through a nonlinear circuit system example.
