Abstract

Abstract Numerical simulation has been widely used in recent years for the study of temperature field characteristics in vacuum sintering furnaces, a numerical model of the cooling temperature field in the vacuum sintering furnace of NdFeB sintered magnets was established, and the results of the temperature field in the heat preservation process are obtained through simulation calculations and verified against the experimental results. Through repeated iterative verification of the simulation model, a numerical simulation model with a consistent temperature trend is obtained, and the difference between the actual and simulated temperatures at the thermocouple measurement points in the internal area of the vacuum sintering furnace is
