Studies of superconductivity of Fe chalcogenides in films grown by PLD technique
Abstract
Abstract Studies on Fe chalcogenide superconductor using thin films grown by the PLD technique are reviewed in terms of electronic phase diagram, properties in the normal state, properties in the superconducting state, together with the comparison with properties in bulk crystals, molecular beam epitaxy grown films and exfoliated crystals. Challenges to increase superconducting T c will also be introduced.
