Dynamic photon heat transport through a circular mesoscopic Josephson device adjusted by quantum electromagnetic fields
Abstract
Abstract The quantum dynamic behavior of photonic heat current through a circular mesoscopic Josephson junction device (CMJD) has been investigated under the perturbation of quantum electromagnetic field (QEMF). A quantum magnetic flux in squeezed coherent state and a static Aharonov–Bohm magnetic flux are threaded through the CMJD to adjust the output heat current periodically. Both of the phase and magnitude of QEMF contribute to the output heat current efficiently. Time-dependent source-drain photonic heat current is derived in temperature difference Δ T ≠ 0, and photon-pumping heat current is evaluated when Δ T = 0. The time-averaged heat conductance is achieved by expanding the time-averaged heat current around thermal equilibrium temperature. Two special types associated with the frequencies of QEMF and supercurrent in CMJD Ω 0 and ω are considered especially in our numerical calculations. The applied QEMF induces the photonic heat current to form concrete package construction, and the modification behaviors of QEMF to the heat current is intimately dependent on the detailed combination of parameters. The photon-pumping heat current can be suppressed or enhanced by changing the squeeze parameter of QEMF at special combination of frequencies, and the sub-peaks of oscillation package can be split via increasing the squeeze parameter.
