Research on the torque prediction method of the surface-mounted bearingless permanent magnet motor under suspension coupling effect
Abstract
Abstract In motor systems, the accurate prediction of torque is crucial for improving system performance and stability. The torque model prediction of traditional Surface-Mounted Bearingless Permanent Magnet Motors (SMBPMM) often ignores the coupling effect of suspension, which limits the prediction accuracy in practical applications. This paper proposes a torque model predictive control method based on the suspension coupling effect. When establishing the torque prediction equation, the coupling effect of suspension is taken into account, and a more accurate torque prediction model is obtained. Simulation results show that the proposed method effectively improves the system control accuracy and anti-interference performance.
