Abstract

Abstract To optimize the properties of the prepared rubber-based sensing films, NR/DPA-AgNWs sensing films were prepared in this study by forming a polydopamine-bonded layer on the surface of natural rubber and adsorbing nano-silver wires onto the surface of the films. The tensile strengths of the NR/DPA-AgNWs sensing films were mainly designed by adjusting the content of dopamine, the nanosilver wires, and the pH value in the preparation process. The optimal combination of preparation parameters to achieve the tensile strength was determined by response surface method design (CCD-RSM) and artificial neural network genetic algorithm (ANN-GA) modeling, and a more accurate prediction model was selected by comparing the prediction performance of the ANN-GA model with that of the CCD-RSM model.
