Abstract

Abstract In order to obtain the optimal performance of the pressurization device in the supercharged common rail system, a calculation model of the supercharged common rail system was established based on AMESim software. The established model was validated using experimental data to ensure that the simulation results could reflect the actual fuel injection process to the maximum extent possible. Based on the established calculation model of the supercharged common rail system and combined with ISIGHT software, a study on parameter optimization of the pressurization device was carried out. The results showed that the AMGA algorithm was the best optimization algorithm after comparing three optimization schemes. After optimization, the peak pressure of the pressurization device was increased by 19.1%, and the fuel leakage rate was reduced by 7.72%. At the same time, based on the multi-objective optimization results, the specific structure and parameters of the pressurization device were improved, and corresponding trial prototypes were obtained. On this basis, experiments were conducted on the pressurization device before and after optimization, and the results showed that the pressurization performance of the optimized pressurization device was improved by 16.8%, the fuel leakage rate was reduced by 3.7%, and the system achieved higher injection pressure requirements. At the same time, fuel economy was also improved to some extent.
