Abstract

Abstract The mining industry has a strategic role in achieving the net zero emission target. Amid the increasing global demand for strategic metals, Indonesia’s position as the world’s second largest tin producer places it in the strategic spotlight. The price of tin in Indonesia is related to the price of tin circulating in the global market. The global tin price that is the center of the tin price is the tin price on the London Metal Exchange (LME). The price of tin on the London Metal Exchange (LME) has experienced irregular decreases and increases influenced by several indicators from global production and consumption data which have also fluctuated. This study aims to provide information related to the pattern of LME tin price data estimates based on these indicators. The results of the study show a MAPE value of 17,86235275 so that the accuracy of predictions using the Mamdani method can be said to be good because it is in the range of 10-20. These results can provide new knowledge for tin miners in estimating tin prices that have a role model with the LME tin price.
