On behalf of the organizing committee, I extend my deepest gratitude to all participants, authors, and keynote speakers whose contributions enrich this academic gathering. The theme, “Advancing Marine Technology for a Sustainable Blue Economy: Challenges, Innovation, and Opportunities,” resonates strongly with our global mission. Together, we confront critical challenges—climate change, marine resource management, coastal resilience, and the integration of engineering, medicine, and social science to ensure sustainable ocean development. We are especially proud to host this conference in Surabaya, a historic maritime city and the heart of Indonesia’s eastern gateway.
