Introduction to resistive switching devices
Abstract
Chapter 1 outlines the fundamental concept of resistive switching (RS) and detailed discussion on RS in various transition metal oxide and two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenide-based systems. A detailed analytical and physical electrothermal modelling of nanoscale RS system is discussed along with their corresponding experimental validation.
