Abstract

Memristive devices have emerged as a fascinating class of electronic components that hold great promise in the field of brain-inspired computing. They can change their resistance state in response to an applied voltage or current, this property makes them suitable for applications in brain-inspired computing, where they can be used to simulate the synapses of neurons.
