Abstract

Summary: , a framework for partial specification of Boolean network models combining static and dynamic logical constraints. The tool combines an intuitive graphical interface with a high-performance inference engine able to efficiently compute the whole set of all admissible candidate models. Availability and implementation: All software and data are freely available as a reproducible artefact at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15828328.
