Abstract

Abstract This chapter focuses on right upper lobectomy and the stapler for the superior vein, truncus anterior, bronchus, recurrent artery, and fissure. The chapter goes through the port placement ports (camera port, posterior port, and utility port) and 16 steps of procedure, what to do in cases of aberrant anatomy, and right upper lobe pitfalls.
