Abstract

Abstract This chapter focuses on the right middle lobectomy and the stapler ports for the middle vein, bronchus, middle lobe arteries (1 and 2) and fissure. The chapter takes readers through port placement (camera port, posterior port, and utility port), outlines 10 steps of procedure, and highlights right middle lobe pitfalls.
