Abstract

Abstract This chapter addresses the left lower lobectomy and the stapler ports for the superior vein, wtruncus anterior, bronchus, recurrent artery, and fissures. The chapter takes readers through port placement (camera port, posterior port, and utility port), outlines 15 steps of procedure, and highlights five left lower lobe pitfalls, including proximal dissection.
