An integrated discovery platform for targeting aberrant biomolecular phase transitions in neurodegenerative disorders and cancer
Abstract
Aberrant phase transitions of biomolecular condensates are increasingly recognized as fundamental drivers of cellular dysfunction across cancer and neurodegeneration. Pathological condensate states can amplify transcriptional noise, mislocalize regulatory cofactors, and enforce maladaptive gene expression or protein homeostasis programs.
