Low-dose fentanyl analgesia modified by calcium channel blockers in cardiac surgery: RETRACTION
Abstract
The European Journal of Anaesthesiology has determined that in accordance with the institutional investigation and recommendation from the Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen, Germany, the clinical trial, “Low-dose fentanyl analgesia modified by calcium channel blockers in cardiac surgery”1, is retracted. The institutional investigation identified many inconsistencies in the data and publications conducted by Joachim Boldt. In view of this, the university's recommendation is that all articles where Joachim Boldt is the responsible author are retracted, even in the absence of explicit falsification. This clinical trial is retracted.
