Abstract

In the above article which published in the November 2024 issue of Pediatric Emergency Care, the authors note an error in Fig. 1. The error is in the first annotation point ‘New UTI Screening Pathway implemented’. In the published figure the annotation was incorrectly placed on the data point for Aug-19. The annotation was meant for the previous data point July-19. The figure and description otherwise remains unchanged. The corrected figure is shown below:FIGURE 1: Urine Catheterizations: SPC chart displaying the proportion of catheterizations (%) in patients meeting inclusion criteria with a urinalysis completed during their ED stay. Annotations include key interventions. The lighter dashed lines indicate the upper control limit and the lower control limit. The straight line indicates the centre line (mean).
