Dr. Vanessa Hills is a scholar-practitioner focused on participatory change leadership.She teaches in the Organizational Change Leadership program in the Department of Educational Leadership, Research, and Technology at Western Michigan University and leads Hillshift Consulting to support organizational transformations with a dialogic approach.Dr. Hills earned both her PhD in Organizational Change Leadership and her MA in Communication from Western Michigan University.She has 15 years of professional experience in organizational change and communication consulting with an emphasis on cross-cultural and hybrid workplace environments.
