Enhancing Enrichment: Promoting Pathways to Talent Development
Abstract
Abstract The essay explores varying definitions of enrichment as a service delivery approach for advanced-level learning and proposes ways of focusing enrichment more on key features than structural contexts. Foundational components of enrichment are explored, including the importance of rigor, relevance, and involvement in learning, with a focus on how those translate into instructional experiences for learners. Implications for effective implementation are also addressed.
