It has come to the attention of the publisher that the article, Ebisuno S. (2025), “Productivity improvement and Japanese labor-management relations: thoughts and actions of labor unions”, Journal of Participation and Employee Ownership, Vol. ahead-of-print No. ahead-of-print. https://doi.org/10.1108/JPEO-04-2025-0019 contained errors in the affiliation for the author Sumiko Ebisuno. The affiliation should read as “Rissho University – Shinagawa Campus, Tokyo, Japan’’.This has now been corrected in the online version. The publisher asks that affiliation be entered correctly at submission and confirmed at the article proofing stage.
