Restoration Strategy of Active Distribution Network Considering Battery Swapping Stations and Dynamic Island Partition
Abstract
With the ever-increasing of electric vehicle loads in the active distribution network and the power system failure caused by natural disasters and information attacks, challenges are brought to operation, planning and restoration of active distribution network. This paper proposes a restoration model considering battery swapping station with electric vehicle’s charging and islanding partition with loop-elimination radiality. Firstly, the model of electric vehicle loads and battery swapping stations’ charging and discharging is established based on driving habits and sequence of charge-discharge. Secondly, the potential root bus and elimination of looped networks are taking into account of multi-period islanding partition. Then, the objective function of minimizing the outage loss and switch operations is formulated with the consideration of stable island operation. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the PG&E69-bus system. The results of case study indicate the proposed restoration strategy can dispatch the electric vehicle loads participating in the island operation of active distribution network to realize improvement of resilience and reliability.
