Abstract

Increasingly, companies are turning to digital channels such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow to manage responsibilities for their employees, such as payroll, benefits, learning, and performance management. While these systems offer a lot of features, they can also be very frustrating due to complex processes, too much information, and a lack of customisation. This current study introduces the Context-Aware Reinvention Engine (C∙A∙R∙E), an adaptive AI technology platform designed to improve the employee experience by making workplace applications intuitive, user-friendly, and contextual. The framework employs a hybrid approach that incorporates workflow state tracking, contextual embeddings, constrained reinforcement learning, and fairness-aware optimization to deliver "micro-interventions" such as contextual tooltips, adaptive task shortcuts, and personalization with consent considerations. The review of the experiment reveals that the average time to complete tasks is improved by 40%, backtracking is reduced by 54%, and fairness is improved across demographic and role-based groups. Purpose-tagged consent gating, differential privacy, and information-theoretic minimization ensure that safety and security considerations remain top-notch. The results indicate that CARE can be utilized to increase productivity and still adhere to the ethics of AI development. This suggests that it can be utilized in large-scale enterprise environments.
