Prinzo: An Automated Printing Infrastructure Built on QR Code Technology and Real-Time Privacy
Abstract
Documentation forms an essential part of the provision of services in the governmental, institutional and commercial areas. Nevertheless, in spite of this digitization all-around of information systems, document printing workflows continue to rely on manual communication, third-party file sharing applications and ad hoc installation practices. These modalities create operational inefficiencies, create high service latency, and expose sensitive information to cybersecurity threats, such as unauthorized access and man-in-the-middle attacks. The lack of automation and disciplined data-life cycle management is also a limiting factor in terms of scalability under high throughput conditions. The present study presents the concept of a QR based, automation driven printing infrastructure named as Prinzo designed to redefine the printing process into a structured and privacy preserved digital service pipeline. The system achieved an overall file processing accuracy of 83.21 percent measured as the ratio of number of correctly validated and executed print jobs in various document formats and configurations. The end-to-end processing time for the entire document processing was 9.65 seconds, taking into account the upload of the document, validation, price calculation and dispatching of the jobs, thus showing the suitability for real-time service environments. The results support the idea that implementing an automation-centered workflow change can significantly decrease service overhead without forcing privacy and operation Hamid into inconsistencies.
