Abstract

To address the lack of real-time monitoring in community health management, an IoT-based intelligent monitoring platform was designed. Employing an edge-cloud collaborative architecture, it integrates multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and intelligent analysis algorithms to achieve real-time monitoring and risk assessment of residents' health. Experiments show that this platform can improve event response speed, chronic disease management adherence, and resource allocation efficiency, promoting the transformation of community health management towards a proactive prevention and data-driven model.
