Abstract
Mental health problems are a serious plays great impact globally, as millions struggle to access timely and low-cost mental healthcare. This issue is compounded in rural and shortage areas, where mental health providers are limited. To address this gap, introduce an artificial intelligence (AI) Driven Virtual Therapist, an intelligent mental health support system using advanced AI and ML Approaches. It fuses face and voice emotion response based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) based recognition-enabling empathetic, real-time interactions. The proposed solution uses a multi-modal emotion analysis framework and Deep Facede coding of views from facial expression and for voice tone analysis. These insights use ChatGPT AI Application programming interface (API) to create personalized responses based on the emotional condition of the user. The system also provides Mental Health Book and Video Recommendations Powered by 10 YouTube Data API &Other Mental Health Platforms Mood logs, user interactions, and this includes all the information that represents a session, such as contexts and events, and these are stored in a PostgreSQL through Supabase. Real-time data management and user authentication. To ensure accessibility and usability, the system is programmed with React.js based frontend, giving a natural language based chatapp interface. The project follows an Agile dev methodology with eternal testing and user feedback incorporation across the entire development cycle.
