Quantitative Assessment of the Flexibility of Load Regulation in Typical Energy-Intensive Industrial Loads Considering Complex Process Constraints
Abstract
At present, the regulation of flexible resources for industrial loads tends to overlook the complex internal production process constraints of the loads. There is a lack of a multi-time-scale coupled assessment system for quantifying the flexibility of load regulation. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes a quantitative assessment method for the flexibility of multi-dimensional regulation of typical energy-intensive industrial loads that takes into account complex process constraints. Taking the electrolytic aluminum load as an example, an electrolytic aluminum load model considering the thermal conductivity characteristics of the electrolytic cell is proposed; A multi-timescale regulation flexibility assessment index system was constructed, and a combined weighting method based on minimizing the deviation of subjective and objective weights was adopted to ultimately achieve quantitative scoring of the multi-time-scale flexibility of high-energy-consuming loads. The results show that the evaluation system proposed in this paper can effectively avoid the risk of over-limit, and the comprehensive quantification method based on G1-entropy weight -TOPSIS proposed can accurately depict the multi-dimensional true response potential of industrial load.
