Abstract

Continuous monitoring of the health of the respiratory system is critical in the early diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to the respiratory system. However, most of the respiratory health monitoring systems lack the features for providing flexibility and customizability in the process of analysis. This research work proposes a novel framework for the intelligent monitoring and classification of signals associated with the respiratory system using a digital twin and spatio-temporal graph neural networks to design an intelligent system. Audio cues collected from the respiratory system are segmented using a sliding window approach and advanced feature extraction methods such as Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients and their derivatives. A diffusion-based graph learning model is used as an effective way of modeling the complicated spatial and temporal connectivity between respiratory characteristics, which polishes signal representations by an iterative denoising procedure. Hypothesis Digital twin technology is designed to be integrated with advanced graphic diffusion learning to provide continuous monitoring, early diagnosis, and personalized healthcare services. Altogether, the suggested solution offers a viable and scalable one in the field of intelligent respiratory health monitoring in real-time medical applications.
