Abstract

In today's dynamic business environment, data has emerged as a critical asset for driving operational excellence and strategic decision-making. This study explores the transformative potential of big data analytics in optimizing real-time operations, reducing latency in business responses, and enhancing cross-functional intelligence. By integrating structured and unstructured data from sources such as IoT devices, enterprise platforms, and cloud-based systems, organizations can derive actionable insights that inform predictive and prescriptive strategies. The research employs a quantitative, data-driven methodology, including descriptive statistics and correlation analysis across logistics performance indicators such as speed, fuel usage, delivery delays, and customer satisfaction. Visualizations and sector-specific use cases demonstrate how real-time analytics reshapes traditional decision-making models in domains like finance, supply chain, marketing, human resources, and risk management. Findings highlight a strong correlation between operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, reinforcing the value of data-centric systems in reducing inefficiencies, preempting disruptions, and driving proactive governance. The paper concludes with implications for enterprise-wide analytics adoption and strategic digital transformation.
