Abstract

The growing demand for healthcare services to be delivered as fast and effortlessly as possible, the deployment of intelligent systems for patients to consult doctors at the right time is under consideration. This paper proposes an ML-NLP-based Smart Healthcare Assistant that provides recommendations of doctors and appointments based on individual needs. It provides for log-in, entry of symptoms, advice for simple diseases, and a sorted list of physicians based on their specialization, rating, fees, and timings. Later, it helps in booking appointments, online payment, and generating receipts easily. By integrating ML and NLP, the system will ensure an enhanced user experience with minimum waiting time and increased access to health care. The proposed strategy shows how AI-technologies can enable automation of patient-doctor interactions in such a way that personalized and efficient health care services become accessible.
