Abstract

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) have a central part in the regulation of performance, reliability, and accountability of the current cloud delivery pipelines. Nonetheless, the traditional pipeline planning methods tend to be rather static or heuristics-based and do not dynamically adjust deployment plans to the changing SLA goals including latency, availability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. The paper gives a proposal of an SLA-based program planning architecture of cloud delivery pipelines, where SLA parameters are directly integrated into the planning, organization, and optimization of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. The solution suggested will combine predictive analytics, policy-sensitive scheduling, and resource provisioning to achieve proactive SLA adherence in multi-cloud and hybrid architectures. The framework utilizes the concepts of real-time telemetry and feedback-based control loops to facilitate dynamic reconfiguration of pipelines due to changes in workload and uncertainty in the infrastructure. Extensive experimental analyses show that the suggested SLA-based planning system considerably minimizes SLA breaches, increases the success rates of deployments, and makes the use of resources more efficient than the traditional pipeline orchestration frameworks. The findings demonstrate the efficiency of the SLA-based intelligence in the provision of resilient, scalable, and performance-sensitive cloud delivery pipelines, which is why the method is suitable to mission-critical and enterprise-scale cloud applications.
