Developing IoT Healthcare Networks Based on Cloud-Based Big Data Analytics to Maximize Performance and Security
Abstract
In this paper, the utilization of Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and big data analytics in the healthcare systems as a means of storing, processing, and protecting real-time data is a point that will be discussed. Technology has the potential of improving care delivery to patients, decreasing health care spending, and accelerating service delivery. In case of need to receive real-time healthcare services (e.g., during crisis), Amazon AWS may be suggested because it is scalable and provides data processing of high quality. It is these properties that make cloud systems ideal in such an application. MQTT is effective to work on medical data and FHIR on medical documents. Digital Twins (DTs) are stored in the cloud based on AWS IoT core, Kinesis Data analytics, and Health lake. This is a technology that is employed to have real time transmission of medical data, processing and security. The vendors access control, encryption and adherence to the vendors should be successfully adopted. The data generated by the IoT-based healthcare systems is in enormous figures, which require sophisticated cloud computing services to store, process and secure. The model of intelligent healthcare is suggested in the paper. It is possible to monitor health and physical activities of the patient distantly. New algorithms, tools, and data analysis improve the care of patients and reduce the expenses of medical data management. The health information will be confidential and, therefore, problems involving the security will persist. The issue of data breaches and unlawful access in this research will be solved with the assistance of the approach of Advanced Integrated Data Security (AIDS). Ensemble security can be used to make cloud-based healthcare strong. In this infrastructure construction method, the encryption, access control, anomaly detection and intrusion prevention are used. It is a layered security framework which is applied in securing cloud-based healthcare services and essential healthcare information.
