Abstract

We present DELSFBS, a curated dataset of 1,504 Bangladeshi students collected between March and September 2025. The dataset includes 20 variables covering study habits, academic performance, socioeconomic background, and lifestyle factors such as sleep, extracurricular engagement, and physical activity. Data were collected via a structured Google Forms survey across urban and rural regions. All responses were anonymized, and preprocessing involved cleaning, outlier handling, and normalization using Python (Pandas). DELSFBS supports analysis of the relationships between lifestyle, socioeconomic status, and academic outcomes, enabling modeling of student performance and evidence-based policy analysis. The dataset, along with preprocessing scripts and metadata, is publicly available on Mendeley Data. Detailed metadata and technical validation are provided to ensure reproducibility and reuse, filling a critical gap in publicly available educational data from Bangladesh.
