Abstract

This document outlines the design, execution and assessment of a sophisticated smart mirror system that incorporates multi-modal user interaction, real-time environmental updates and comprehensive health management. The smart mirror facilitates hands-free voice commands with intuitive wake-word recognition, gesture-based control for hygiene and accessibility and features for presenting weather forecasts, news updates and personalized calendar events. Health monitoring is facilitated through Google Fit integration and local non-invasive sensing utilizing edge AI, which guarantees privacy by processing biometric data on the device. User-controlled consent and data sharing are secured on a blockchain ledger, while all communication and storage are safeguarded with post-quantum cryptography. A quantuminspired optimization engine consistently personalizes recommendations for daily routines based on multi-objective criteria. Collectively, these elements form an adaptive, privacypreserving platform that enhances smart home wellness technology while upholding user trust through advanced security measures and local processing.
