AI Powered Business Growth Assistant to Unlock Hidden Opportunities & Boost Client Engagement Using Gen AI

This paper suggests an AI system for companies to discover opportunities embedded in customer communication, including emails and meeting videos. For matching a company catalog of services with customer requirements, the system utilizes tools such as Open AI's Whisper for audio transcription, Llama for summarizing, and semantic similarity methods. Since we are under confidentiality, we have simulated datasets similar to the real-world interactions. The transcription accuracy test, tool choice, and literature review have all been done to date. Outcomes are the aim of the system's intuitive dashboard, secure storage, approval processes, and recommendation of the relevant services to the client based on the company service catalog. This article describes our approach, process, and vision for such a system could improve business results and speed up decision making.
